Students > Academics > Course Offerings (Program of Studies) > Promotion (from grade 9 to 10 to 11 to 12)

The following courses must be successfully completed in order to be classified as a student in:

Grade 9:	No specific courses; however, a student who receives failing grades in subjects equal to two or more courses in eighth grade will not be promoted to ninth grade.
Grade 10:	One credit in each of the following core subjects: English 9, 19th Century US History, and Physical Science. Two additional credits in other subject areas must also be completed, for a total of five credits.
Grade 11:	Completion of at least 11 total cumulative credits
Grade 12:	Completion of at least 17 total cumulative credits. A student must be able to schedule all courses required for graduation in order to be classified as a senior.
