The Souderton Area Community Scholarship Fund has awarded scholarships to Souderton Area High School seniors based on financial need and academic performance since 1964. The average scholarship of approximately $2,000 is intended to assist recipients with post secondary education at college or trade school. Donations come from generous individuals and businesses.

The institutions for which Class of 2007 recipients received scholarships include Hartwick, Franklin & Marshall, Montgomery County Community College, Millersville, PA College of Technology, Penn State University, Lehigh, Colgate, and George Mason.
