SAHS Achievement: Presidential Classroom

Presidential Classroom is a one week experience in Washington, D.C. for student leaders to explore the American political process on a firsthand basis. Students have the opportunity to meet and question the country's political leaders in Congress, the White House, in government offices and in foreign embassies as well as participate in lively discussions with their peers about current issues.

The Souderton-Telford Rotary Club (Thank you, Charlie Allebach!) began a partnership with Souderton Area High School in 1998 to provide scholarships to this program for our students. In 2002, Univest joined this partnership and THP Properties joined us in 2004 as a partner, followed by the Souderton-Telford Business & Professional Women's Club in 2006. This community support is greatly appreciated.
