SAHS Athletics: New PIAA Guidelines for Physicals for the 2008-2009 School Year

Parents of student-athletes please be advised that starting on June 1, 2008, Souderton Area High School will begin to use the CIPPE Physical form. This form will replace the current PIAA Card. Please use the links below to download the PIAA guidelines and the necessary form to be completed for any student-athlete wanting to participate in a sport for the 2008-2009 school year.
