Follow the instructions below to register for pool membership:
- Download, complete and return the 2008-2009 Pool Registration Form (PDF), along with payment (see membership costs below)
- Completed registration forms can be returned by doing ONE of the following:
- Dropping the completed form with payment at the aquatic office
- Mailing the completed form with payment (checks payable to "SACAP") to:

Basic Member Policy For Open Swims
- Adults - $5.00 each time you come for open swim
- Children - $3.00 each time you come for open swim
- Seniors - $1.00 each time you come for open swim
*Basic members pay $1.00 for Open Swim.
