Right-to-Know
The District School Board recognizes the importance of making public records available
for review and inspection by members of the public. Therefore, the
public has the right to access and procure copies of those district records
which are public records, with certain exceptions, subject to law, Board
policy and administrative regulations. Local agencies, such as the
district, are permitted and required to set policy governing that access.
