• Five members of the Class of 2007 have been named National Merit Scholarship Finalists; three were name National Merit Commended Students and two were named Finalists.

• The National Honor Society was 84 members strong.

• Colleen Wegimont, PE teacher at Oak Ridge Elementary, was selected 2006 Elementary PE Teacher of the Year by the Pennsylvania State Association for Health Physical Education Recreation and Dance.

• We’re very proud of our student athletes and have had state qualifiers in Cross Country, Golf, Wrestling, Swimming, and Girls Track. Three athletic teams went on to win championships: Boys Basketball won the Continental Conference, Baseball won the Continental Conference and District One, and the Boys Volleyball won the titles for the American Conference and District One.
