Free Physicals for Incoming 9th Grade and High School Student-Athletes on June 5th

Souderton Athletics is partnering with Grand View Health to provide FREE physicals for all incoming 9th graders and high school student-athletes.

Date: Monday, June 5, 2023
Time: 5:00-6:30 PM
Location: Nurse's Office at SAHS
Who: All incoming 9th graders and high school student-athletes are eligible (this includes fall, winter and spring sports)
Who will be present: 2 Grand View Health orthopedic doctors, 1 physician assistant, and medical assistants 

No sign-up necessary! 

REMINDERS:  

• All athletes must have a physical dated June 1, 2023 or later to be eligible to participate in sports for the 2023-2024 school year.
• Physicals will be uploaded into the athletes FamilyID account once a registration has been completed for their sport.  Please contact the Athletic Training Staff, Jesse Gehman (jgehman@soudertonsd.org) and/or Gabby Termini (gtermini@soudertonsd.org), with any questions or to obtain a copy of your physical if needed.
