Student Advocacy Club (RUOK) podcast collaboration with St. Luke's Penn Foundation

We hope you tune in to our podcast collaboration with St. Luke’s Penn Foundation, where students Adelina Cutrona and Samantha Stankus dive into one of the most important topic facing students today: mental health. SAHS is proud of RUOK (Are You Okay), a student-led advocacy club founded at Souderton Area High School. RUOK’s mission is to normalize conversations around mental health, provide peer-driven support, and connect students with meaningful resources. In this episode, students share personal insights in the hopes to break down stigma and empower others to seek help and offer it - because asking “Are you okay?” is more than a question, it’s a movement.
