Promotion (from grade 9 to 10 to 11 to 12)
The following courses must be successfully completed in order to be classified as a student in:
| Grade 9 | No specific courses; however, a student who receives failing grades in subjects equal to two or more courses in eighth grade will not be promoted to ninth grade. |
| Grade 10 | Completion of at least 5 total cumulative credits |
| Grade 11 | Completion of at least 12 total cumulative credits |
| Grade 12 | Completion of at least 19.5 total cumulative credits. A student must be able to schedule all courses required for graduation in order to be classified as a senior. |
